Jack Cooter was born and raised in Lynchburg, Tennessee. He went to high school at Lincoln County High. Jack got a degree from Middle Tennessee State University focusing on entrepreneurship and marketing and was member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Jack has lived in Murfreesboro for the past 6 years. He is an avid hunter, fisher, and recreational shooter.
