Maples Realty & Auction Co. is a family-owned auction company serving Middle Tennessee since 1967, based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We specialize in real estate auctions, estate auctions, land auctions, personal property and equipment auctions, offering both live and online bidding. Our experienced auctioneers and real estate professionals guide sellers through the entire auction process with local knowledge, clear communication, and proven results across Rutherford County and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. Maples Realty & Auction was founded by Clark Maples who started in the real estate business in 1967. He was born and raised in Rutherford County and was very active in the community. In 2007 the business was passed on to his daughter, Betsy Maples, who has been a part of the family business since 1986.
